• If you had created an account on or before 23rd of October 2008 yes you can use your username and password.

Right now there are 4 levels:

• Non-member: can complete basic search and interactivity
• Standard Member: can use a large majority of functions of the site however can only list 1 classified or event per 30 days. This membership level is free.
• Personal Member: can use a large majority of functions of the site and can list up to 10 classified or 10 events each 30 days. This membership level costs $19.99 per year.
• Business Member: can use a large majority of functions of the site and can list up to 100 classified or 100 events each 30 days. This membership level costs $49.99 per year.

Once you login in you can check your allowed actions and permissions by clicking on My Account --> Member Info: View Allowed Actions.

• If any content has been uploaded without your consent please notify us with a request to remove or alternatively grant PetTube.com.au non-exclusive permission to keep the content on the site for the enjoyment of others.

• Yes you can do that from the "Edit Profile Page".

• Click on "My Profile --> Edit Profile" and update as required.

• Make sure you're logged in first and under each category you will see an upload option. Agree to the copyright terms and then browse to locate your file and click upload. Video maximum size is 100MB and the music maximum size is 20MB.

• Log into your account and click on "My Settings --> Unregister". The action is permanent.

• All content undergoes moderation to ensure that it is suitable for all users of the site. As a guideline please do not upload any content containing nudity, profanity, hate, abuse or copyrighted content etc
• If you do not see your content approved and live on site within 3 hours please drop us an email at info @ pettube.com.au

• That's fine, when you join up you do not have to select "looking for man/woman". Simply leave those items unchecked. The site now has a lot more social interaction but there is no obligation to select those items in your profile.

• When you sign up you are sent a verification email that could have possibly gone into your junk/spam email box. You need to open that email and click on the confirmation link.
